We all could use some GOOD VIBES, but especially when you are manifesting something big like…selling your home! I wanted to give you 3 actionable exercises you can do now to create “Good Vibes” and attract your buyer!
1. Add Feng Shui
Even Realtors agree that adding elements of Feng Shui can’t hurt! And Buyers today are taking Feng Shui into their home buying decisions. So here are some ideas for you:
- Don’t overcrowd your areas with furniture, knickknaks or clutter.
- Don’t block natural pathways. Feng Shui is all about the “flow.”
- Don’t hang a mirror across from a door. Your offer & money may leave thru the door!
- Consider color, bedrooms should be soothing and comfortable, bathrooms should be relaxing and rejuvenating.
- Bring in elements of nature. Nature creates a sense of growth, and freshness. You could add a small pot of fresh Basil or Rosemary next to the kitchen sink. The natural scent of these herbs alone will be inviting!

2. Add Crystal Energy
Place crystals on window sills, in the pot of plants, in a bowl in the kitchen, or in the bathroom with pretty soaps or bath bombs, shells and some driftwood.
Clear Quartz– thought to be one of the most powerful & versatile stones. It can work on any condition and can amplify the vibrations of other crystals. It can be programmed with your home selling intention. It is considered to be the Master Stone.

Green Aventurine – Referred to as another “Good Luck” stone and used to attract money & success. The soft green color reflects back to its owner growth, money, new beginnings, and abundance.

3. Add Plant Energy
If the weather permits plant a perennial or herb outside in your garden as a symbol of gratitude and to draw your future buyer. Perennials come back year after year, and of course herbs are excellent for culinary purposes! Choose whatever flower or plant you are drawn to.
Make this process a ritual, first choose where you will plant it, you may want to look on-line to see what plants will do well in that particular light. Really put some thought and love into this selection process. Once you purchase your plant, you will do a quiet meditation and infuse the plant with all the aspects of your perfect buyer. Now go outside (or place your plant indoors) while envisioning your perfect Buyer giving you the perfect offer. Imagine the excitement of your Buyer who has finally found “their” house! If the weather is not great for outdoor planting, you can also do this exercise inside and plant it outside once the weather breaks.
