- Everybody and their mother are putting their home on the market.
- Often, they are overpriced & not serious about selling.
- Not to mention all the tire kicker buyers who are not really qualified to buy!
- Plus, get ready for a ton of outdoor maintenance and clean up.
This is absolutely NOT the best season to sell your home!

- Finally it’s summer! The yard and backyard patio look Ah mazing!!
- The flower pots and the veggie garden are in full harvest!
- It’s finally light out until freaking 10pm! (or at least it feels like it)
- People can really visualize themselves cooking out and enjoying the outdoor space!
The happy, lazy days of summer time are the BEST season to sell your home!
SUMMER is absolutely not the time!
- Everyone is too busy enjoying the short window of being out of school and going on vacation.
- Who wants to see houses in the sweltering heat?
- The lawn is brown and ugly, has the texture of straw and is all burnt out.
- Then, there’s the whole back to school thing!

FALL time is the best time!
- The backdrop couldn’t be more spectacular for a house sale!
- Little competition and people wanting to be in a new place to celebrate the New Year!
- Almost no yard maintenance, keeping up is a breeze!
- Kids are back to school so the house is staying cleaner longer!
What could be better? Fall selling is all about ease! THIS is the best season to sell your home!
Do not list your home in the FALL!
- The flowers in the front yard have all died or gone into hibernation.
- It’s grey and gloomy out.
- Everyone is in saving and planning mode for the upcoming holidays.
- There is limited time to see your home since the days are getting shorter and who wants to come see your home after a long day of work in the dark?

WINTER is the best time to sell!
- This is the season with the most sincere & loyal buyer! This buyer IS going to buy.
- Almost NO competition and the house looks absolutely magickal with the holiday décor!
- It has that warm home feeling, coming in from the cold!
- The city is also aesthetically beautiful being decorated for the upcoming holidays!
This is the most magickal & BEST season to sell your home!
Ugh, who wants to sell in WINTER?
- Do I really need to say it? The holidays, the freezing cold temperatures, shoveling snow!
- The absence of buyers since many are traveling to visit family and friends for the holiday season!
- It’s dark when you get up and dark when you get home!
- AND, after the New Year, everyone is trying to pay off all that holiday debt!
Heck NOOOO, this cannot be the best season to sell your home!
