Have You Ever Had A Wink From The Universe? I’ll Bet You Have!
A wink from the universe is what many would call a coincidence or synchronicity. However, these universal messages are purposeful and show up with precise timing…always!
Here are just a few WINKS I received while selling my home!
1. Birthday timing
My buyer had called to see my home just a few hours before I was due to be at the airport catching a flight to Sedona Arizona. For some reason, this gal seemed determined to see my home TODAY!
I really hesitated about even showing it until I returned 3 weeks later. Sedona had been on my bucket list for several years and I was looking forward to enjoying the beauty of Sedona and spending my 50th birthday sitting in an energy vortex!
However, she was very persistent and I decided to let her see it just an hour before I was supposed to be at the airport.
I knew my 50th birthday would be a significant one and not only did I meet my buyer but I also had a very enlightening, tranquil, and magickal birthday in Sedona. My home officially sold while I was still on vacation. We came to an agreement over the phone and signed the Purchase Agreement by scanning and e-mailing. This was certainly a Happy Birthday Gift from the universe!
2. The Date
A few days after signing our Purchase Agreement, I was browsing through and on the last page by our signatures, the date was GLARING at me. Out of all of the fine print on the page, the only thing I could see was the date!
Then..it dawned on me, I couldn’t believe it!
At the time, I had a keyless entry door lock on my door. My buyer and I had signed the Purchase Agreement on the date that happened to also be the EXACT code to open my door!
3. The Electrician
During the inspection process, the buyer chose to have an electrical inspection. The buyer was referred to an electrician through a work friend. How ironic it was that this electrical inspector just so happened to be my neighbor’s son-in-law!
4. The Bracelet
And then the wonderful coincidence that both my buyer and myself are huge animal lovers. On our closing day, while signing final papers, my buyer’s mother was present and happened to be wearing the exact same bracelet that my mother bought me from a local non-profit animal rescue!
5. The Inspector
My buyer purchased my home with FHA financing. When the FHA Inspector came, he was a senior gentleman who had been an inspector for FHA for over 40 years.
He and I chatted a bit and he shared that his wife had recently passed (I too had lost my husband). As he went on sharing, he also mentioned that the two of them loved the beauty of Oregon and would visit yearly. They also considered buying a condo in North Myrtle Beach to escape the Ohio winters.
I was shocked and surprised that he shared this as my son had just moved to Oregon, and my daughter had recently moved to North Myrtle Beach and had just bought her first home! I did not mention these two states or the commonality at all until he finished.
So needless to say we had much in common!
