• Reiki is a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation
• LOAhomeselling.com or anyone representing LOA Home Selling is not a medical doctor or any other kind of medical practitioner, or veterinarian & has not represented her/him as such.
• LOAhomeselling.com is unable to diagnose any illness or conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
• It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional or veterinarian for any physical or psychological ailment I or any pet may have. It is also recommended to consult a lawyer for any legal or real estate questions I may have.
• LOAhomeselling.com has made no promises to me as to the outcome of Reiki Distance Healing nor that it will solve any real estate, life or money situation. I also acknowledge that LOAhomeselling.com has made no promise to cure or remedy any illness or condition.

• I have chosen to receive Reiki Distance Healing either for myself or wish Reiki Distance Healing to be sent to another person(s), animal(s) or event(s) of my own free will. This Disclaimer also applies to any other person(s) and pet(s) that I have ordered Distance Reiki Healing for as much as it applies to me.
• Any prescribed medication for any person or pet will continue to be taken unless advised differently by a suitable qualified doctor, physician or veterinarian.
• I further understand that it is a legal requirement that all sick and injured animals should be seen by a qualified veterinarian.

• My decision to receive or purchase a Reiki Distance Treatment for myself or others is done of my own free will.

I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assignees, hereby release and forever discharge LOAhomeselling.com, or anyone else representing her, her heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assignees, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, to person and property which heretofore has been or hereafter maybe sustained in consequence of any treatment or coaching  which I may receive, or enrollment of any LOAhomeselling classes, courses, coaching services, or web information of  any respect and for any attempts by myself or anyone on my behalf to cause temporary or permanent relief from the symptoms of any injury, ailment or disease with which I have been or will be diagnosed, or for any real estate coaching or products I may have received.
