SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. If your order is a “rush” please message us and we can determine the quickest way of shipping, as well as any additional shipping costs. Typically, delivery will take anywhere from 2-14 days depending on the shipping method and your location. If you are located outside the U.S. please message us to determine the best shipping method & costs involved.

LOA Home Selling is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized. Replacement of damaged items is made at the discretion of loahomeselling.com

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Not all of our products or information is returnable. Due to the nature of our handmade, LOA Home Selling Kit, Digital Information, Coaching Services, & Reiki charged creations, all sales are final. Cancellations may be charged a minimum $11.00 fee if we have already begun creating your order. Credits must be used within 2 years. Any approved returns will not include the original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs for any approved returns. If you have a problem with your order regarding damages, please notify LOA Home Selling within 3 business days of receipt of your order or all sales will be considered final.

For returnable items, please notify us within 3 days of purchase with a valid reason for the return. We want you to be happy! If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened returnable goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of LOA Home Selling (loahomeselling.com)

Digital Information can’t be “returned.” Therefore LOA Home Selling has a “No Refund” Policy for all digital download products purchased directly through us.
